\node "mann_red"
\title "Red in the saturated color areas"
\next "mann_green"
\prev ""
This slide gadget allows you to set the amount of \{ \tc red Red \} in the
edge color selection. If the slide is positioned all of the way to the left,
there will be no red in the edge color selection. If the slide is positioned
all of the way to the right, there will be the maximum amount of red in the
edge color selection.
\endnode
\node "mann_green"
\title "Green in the saturated color areas"
\next "mann_blue"
\prev "mann_red"
This slide gadget allows you to set the amount of \{ \tc green Green \} in the
edge color selection. If the slide is positioned all of the way to the left,
there will be no green in the edge color selection. If the slide is
positioned all of the way to the right, there will be the maximum amount of
green in the edge color selection.
\endnode
\node "mann_blue"
\title "Blue in the saturated color areas"
\next "mann_censat"
\prev "mann_green"
This slide gadget allows you to set the amount of \{ \tc blue Blue \} in the
edge color selection. If the slide is positioned all of the way to the left,
there will be no blue in the edge color selection. If the slide is
positioned all of the way to the right, there will be the maximum amount of
blue in the edge color selection.
\endnode
\node "mann_censat"
\title "Amount of saturation at the peaks"
\next "mann_add"
\prev "mann_blue"
This slide gadget allows you to set the center saturation for the annular
effect. If the slide is set to zero, the center color will be white. If the
slide is set to 100, the center color will be the \{ \ts i same \} as the
edge color. All changes to the saturation can be previewed in the \{ \ts bi
Peak \} color preview window.
\endnode
\node "mann_add"
\title "Add (selected) or composite light into image"
\next "mann_reflect"
\prev "mann_censat"
This button, when selected, will make the annularization colors additive. If
this is not selected, this is the default, the colors will not be additive.
\endnode
\node "mann_reflect"
\title "Make the profile have reflective symmetry"
\next "mann_fade"
\prev "mann_add"
This button, when selected, will make the graph have reflective symmetry.
This means that wherever you draw on the graph, the same action will be
reflected on the other side of the graph. This selection is very useful for
producing complex symmetrical annularizations.
\endnode
\node "mann_fade"
\title "Fade the annular effect with distance"
\next "mann_load"
\prev "mann_reflect"
This selection will fade the colors in the annular effect as the rings move
out from the center. If this is not selected, all of the rings will have
the same intensity. This option can be used to produce a \{ \ts i blended \}
annular effect.
\endnode
\node "mann_load"
\title "Load an annular effect setting"
\next "mann_save"
\prev "mann_fade"
This function allows you to load a previous set of annular effect settings.
\endnode
\node "mann_save"
\title "Save an annular effect setting"
\next "mann_hold"
\prev "mann_load"
This allows you to save the current set of annular settings. All of the
settings in the panel will be saved.
\endnode
\node "mann_hold"
\title "Force a circular (square aspect) result"
\next "mann_flat"
\prev "mann_save"
This function, when selected, forces the annularization to be circular. This
is true for all area selects and modes. If this button is not selected, the
annular effect will match the area select as closely as possible.
\endnode
\node "mann_flat"
\title "Preset to a flat glare"
\next "mann_ring"
\prev "mann_hold"
This preset will produce a flat glare annular effect. This annular effect is
a solid circle from the center to the outside edge, and the center saturation
is 50% of the \{ \ts bi Edge \} color selection.
\endnode
\node "mann_ring"
\title "Preset to a bright ring"
\next "mann_halo"
\prev "mann_flat"
This will set the annular controls to produce a ring with 0% saturation, and
very little edge color.
\endnode
\node "mann_halo"
\title "Preset to a halo like glow"
\next "mann_elmo"
\prev "mann_ring"
This produces an annular effect that is similar to a \{ \ts i halo\} . The
ring produced has a bright center, and the edges taper off as the edge color.
\endnode
\node "mann_elmo"
\title "Preset to a glow like St Elmo's Fire"
\next "mann_glow"
\prev "mann_halo"
This annular setting produces a soft glowing effect that is similar to St.
Elmo's Fire. The \{ \ts i glow \} produced is very light, so you may need to
select \{ \ts i bright \} colors.
\endnode
\node "mann_glow"
\title "Preset to an even glow"
\next ""
\prev "mann_elmo"
This produces an annular effect that is similar to the \{ \ts bi Flat Glare
\} preset. The Even Glow uses the \{ \ts bi Radial Fade \} control, and a
higher saturation.
\endnode
